Nineteen years bridging enterprise technology and strategy at McKinsey, VMware, and Verizon. Now building AI products for real businesses through my own practice.
My career has been built in the gap between strategy and execution, where ambitious plans meet the reality of large organizations and complex technology. I started inside the infrastructure: eight years deploying mission-critical enterprise systems before I ever wrote a strategy document.
At McKinsey I partnered with Fortune 500 leaders on digital strategy, AI commercialization, and multi-billion dollar mergers. At VMware and Verizon I moved from advising to executing, owning the translation of complex technology decisions into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
Today I build AI products for real businesses through my own practice, spanning full-stack platforms, agentic systems, and operating tools, while advising organizations on embedding AI into products, operations, and decision systems.
AI will not transform companies by itself. Leadership, incentives, and operating models determine whether technology becomes leverage or just another expensive experiment. The difference between the two is execution, and execution is the part I’ve never outsourced.

A post-apocalyptic survival game built in an afternoon with Cursor. The one corner of this site with color, because the serious work is monochrome.
I take on a small number of advisory and build engagements each quarter: AI strategy, digital transformation, and hands-on product development. The best way to start is a direct note.
